The
Competition Commission of India, on receipt of information of alleged abuse of
dominance by Google, has directed Director General, CCI to investigate the
matter. Investigation report in the matter is awaited.
This information was given by Smt. Nirmala Sitharaman, MoS in the Ministry of Corporate Affairs in written reply to a question in the Lok Sabha today.
