Notification relating to effective date of provisions of Section 135 and Schedule VII of Companies Act, 2013

S.O.______(E) – In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of Section 1 of the Companies Act, 2013 (18 of 2013), the Central Government hereby appoints the 1^st day of April, 2014 as the date on which the provisions of Section 135 and schedule VII of the said Act shall come into force.
