In
the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Corporate
Affairs S.O. 1177(E), dated the 29th April, 2014 published in the Gazette of
India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii) dated 30th April,
2014, in line six, for “(1) This order may be called the Companies (Removal of
Difficulties) Second Order, 2014” read “(1) This order may be called the
Companies (Removal of Difficulties) Order, 2014”.
